CR 08-124 Add "can product meet, for example, defined portions of fruit & vegetables

Includes the optional capability in the Food and Beverage Extension for the supplier of food products to state if the manufactured product, including all ingredients, and without any subsequent preparation, can form part of the scheme e.g., 5 portions a day intake that each person should consume daily. A portion could be defined as e.g., yes/no or a measurement value of e.g., fruit & vegetables, salt content , fat content or one of the other nutritional dimensions. This is a requirement by e.g., FSA & the UK government framework. This is not a formal certification nor is it linked to a product label.  The deployment date for this attribute has not been determined at this time.
