Call-To-Action: CIC Response Work Group This workgroup will determine if a full CIC Response BRAD (Business requirement Analysis Document) is needed or if the scope can be narrowed to the Simple needs expressed in CR 09-000082. They will also review the Business Case Document (BCD) from CR 07-000436 and the resulting detailed needs expressed in CR 09-000082.  This Call-to-Action is located on the GSMP Website at: CIC Response WG 

 Public Review: GDSN BRG, WO 09-000038 The Public review for WO 09-038 begins 30-April-2009 and ends 31-May-2009 extended due European Holiday.  Proposal: Add the attached list of attributes to the GDSN External File Class of attributes. Contained in this change request are attributes providing further information relating to digital asset contained at the URLs loaded in the item message. Expected Benefit: These attributes will allow for necessary information in retailer systems to be provided from the asset's source. Public Review: GDSN BRG, WO 09-000042 The Public review for WO 09-042 begins 30-April-2009 and ends 31-May-2009 extended due to European Holiday. CR 09-042 Proposal: Introduce Community visibility date Definition: From this date, the neutral trade item information (i.e. not the private information, no relationship-dependent data and no price data) is available to all members of the target data pool, without restriction.  Until this date only the data recipients to whom the data source has explicitly published the data can have access to the data.  By setting this date a data source gives permission for wider publication of the generic item data. The date is optional and not repeatable.  It is a date, rather than a date/time stamp. Note: This is different from endDateTimeOfExclusivity which refers to the physical supply of the trade item throgh the supply chain.  This date refers to the availability / visibility of data about the trade item, not the trade item itself. Validation rule: For Target Market Australia & New Zeeland, the date is mutually exclusive with partyReceivingPrivateData. CR 09-049 Proposal: Changes to two Price related validation rules and one new Price validation rule. Changed Rule: "If the target price type in the Item Price Type segment is populated and the targeted price type is not being added within the same Price Synchronisation Message File , the Confirmation Status for the targeted price type must be Accepted, Synchronized or Review. If the Price Type being targeted is added within the same Price Synchronisation Message File, it can be included in the targetPriceType attribute without the requirement of a previous confirmation.New Rule: Any subsequent rejection of the targeted price type would also result in the rejection of the targeting price type. Changed Rule:  If the Target Condition in the Item Price Type segment is populated and the targeted Condition is not being added within the same Price Synchronisation Message File , the Confirmation Status for the targeted condition must be Accepted, Synchronized or Review.
