CR 10-155 eBallot, GDSN BRG

Expands the ‘GDSN Regulatory Compliance Extension’ to make it possible for an information provider to use it to communicate multiple regulatory acts and agencies for which multiple permit numbers must also be communicated. The current model does not support cases where products comply to different regulatory acts given by different organisations. This change is already scheduled to be solved by a future major release of GDSN; this change request was submitted to ensure this necessary upgrade gets considered sooner, for the next maintenance release (MR-4).
