Create the following new attribute to FoodAndBeverageDietType. This attribute is global/local and can be specified multiple times for each diet type. It will be added to the .
A. dietTypeCategorization - A text field which provides more detail as to category of the diet type which is applicable to the trade item. This further clarification provides more detail which will aid the user in understanding how the trade item might fit into their diet. For example if the diet type is Kosher, the category might be listed a Parve, or Dairy.
With the creation of this attribute, the existing attribute of dietTypeSubCode should be deprecated and then deleted in the next major release. It is understood that the Local Code List Group could manage values to be placed in this attribute at the local level as may be required by the individual GS1 MO communities.
